Bentrons

Well-known product, new version

Bentrons develops and manufactures the IRRCO irrigation controllers, focusing on three key principles: reliability, long service life, and user-friendliness. When advanced climate controllers are not required, an energy-efficient embedded solution like the IRRCO irrigation controllers provides an efficient and reliable alternative. All electronics and software are fully developed in-house, and production takes place entirely in the Netherlands. This allows us to proudly say: Designed and made in Holland.

The first generation of IRRCO irrigation controllers has been successfully in use for around 15 years. It was therefore time for the next step. We are proud to present the new generation of IRRCO controllers, which is also prepared for future expansions, such as integration with the cloud.

IRRCO

Irrigation controller / sprinkler timer / irrigation controller

The IRRCO10X irrigation controller stands out for its modular design and easy operation. The system can be configured flexibly: from a simple irrigation controller to a comprehensive irrigation solution for multiple zones.

For example, outdoor irrigation can be combined with a tensiometer, roof irrigation with a temperature sensor, and a hygrometer can be used to precisely control the humidity in a greenhouse. At the same time, drip irrigation can be active at another location, with the water supply accurately dosed in liters.

In particular, cyclic irrigation using irrigation timers in combination with sensors makes the IRRCO10X especially suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

  • Smaller greenhouse complexes and tunnel greenhouses
  • Garden centers
  • Strawberry, asparagus, and fruit cultivation
  • Open-field vegetable cultivation
  • Frost protection
  • Tree nurseries and potted & bedding plants
  • Sports fields and parks
  • Riding arenas and equestrian track irrigation
  • And more

In addition to these applications, the IRRCO10X can also be used for other purposes, such as cooling solar panels or controlling lighting. Thanks to its flexible and modular design, the possibilities are virtually limitless.
